Mercer's core purpose is providing fibers, renewable energy and chemicals, from sustainable sources, for essential human needs.Mercer International is one of the largest NBSK, market pulp producers in the world by production capacity. We serve customers primarily in Europe, Asia and North America. We conduct our pulp operations through three subsidiaries consisting of large-scale, modern pulp mills: one in British Columbia's interior, and two in eastern Germany. Our production totals over 1.48 million ADMT of kraft pulp per year and we employ approximately 1,490 people internationally.
