George Malpass
George Malpass, age 68, has been a director since November 2006. Mr. Malpass was formerly the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Primex Forest Products Ltd. and is also a former director of both International Forest Products Ltd. and Riverside Forest Products Ltd. Mr. Malpass also formerly served as chairman of the Council of Forest Industries of B.C.
